This lovely kit from Un chat dans l'Aiguille of France (don't worry - the instructions are in both French and English) includes the outer fabric pre-printed with the embroidery design, embroidery threads, coordinating zipper, embroidery needle and instructions for assembly included stitch diagrams, all packaged in a reusable snap envelope. You just need to add a little batting and a bit of fabric for the lining. Finished project measures 5" x 7 1/2".
