Class registration is for one person only. Our class space is limited so we do not allow children to accompany students to class and ask that students not bring an observer unless the student requires an assistant. In those cases please notify us in advance so that we can make any accommodations necessary.
We have a small kitchen area open to students that includes a refrigerator, microwave and hot water pot. Several restaurants in Port Gamble offer lunches to go, we encourage you to order before class to minimize that wait time. There is an espresso stand across the street.
The classroom is open ½ hour before class begins and we encourage you to use that time to come in and get your space organized.
CLASS POLICIES AND REFUND SCHEDULE
In addition to classes we have several groups that meet in the shop, open to anyone who is interested.
SLOW STITCHING GROUP : 11 am to 4 pm Second Wednesday of the Month. Begins September 11, 2024 |
If you are looking for a group of like-minded stitchers for inspiration and camaraderie without the distractions that can happen when working at home, this group is for you. Everyone of any ability is welcome to participate with any handwork project: hand-piecing, embroidery, appliqué, English paper piecing, wool appliqué, and needlepoint, just to name a few. Ann is an accomplished stitcher who will be on hand to offer advice and instruction if needed. Feel free to drop in for an hour or two during the day or come at 11 and stitch for the whole day. |
LACEMAKERS OF PUGET SOUND: 1 pm to 4:00 pm Second Friday of the Month |
This is a group of bobbin lace makers. They welcome anyone who is interested in the art of bobbin lace. Drop in for a few minutes to watch them work or stay a little longer and try your hand at this time-honored craft. |
AMERICAN SEWING GUILD: 10:30 am on the third Tuesday of the Month |
This is a special interest group for any level of interest in quilting. Anyone interested in joining is welcome to drop in and chat with the members of the group. |
