Make a small rug for an accent or make a larger rug for a kitchen or hallway. Susan uses a couple of useful techniques and a clever tools to make this project fast and fun. Add in pre-cut batting, and you're on your way to success. You can use a Jelly Roll or cut your own 2½" strips to create a bright, colorful rug.
