Shipping in the USA 99 cents

Shipping is always 99 cents in the USA

 On most weekdays we ship your order within 24 hours, you will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail and you will be contacted either by e-mail or by phone if any part of your order is not in stock. We NEVER ship an incomplete order without your permission!

We understand that simple is easier - just order what you want, and no fuss, no bother, we ship it for a 99 cents flat rate in the United States! All orders are shipped United States Postal Service (USPS), First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority International Mail. ( Every weekday afternoon, we get to take in a view of Gamble Bay as we walk your orders around the corner to our 100-year-old post office pictured above).

Orders shipped to a US or Canadian destination less than 16 oz will be shipped First Class Mail. Delivery time to most US destinations is 2 to 3 days. Delivery time to most Canadian Destinations is 6 to 10 days. You will receive an email from when your order has been shipped. Larger domestic packages ship Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-4 days in the USA and 4-8 days in Canda. If you are in having a stitching or quilting emergency,  you may of course choose Express Mail at additional cost to speed up the process.

DESTINATION BASED SALES TAX:Effective July 1st 2008, we must charge destination based sales tax for packages shipped to Washington State addresses. If your order is not being shipped to Washington State then you won't be charged for sales tax.

RETURNS POLICY:We pride ourselves on our customer service and check our orders before shipping, however we will gladly refund or replace any incorrectly packaged item. Please inspect your order upon receipt, as returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.

Incorrect or defective item? If we have made a mistake in your order, or if you receive a defective item, we will gladly issue to you a full refund upon verification of the defect or mistake. If we ask you to return the item to us we will refund that shipping charge also.

Changed your mind? If you receive something and decide you don't want it after all you may return it and we will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included), provided that you return it in the same condition in which you received it (fabric must NOT be washed or cut, packaged items must be resealable and items must be free of cigarette or other odors, etc). Books, Magazines and Patterns are NOT returnable, due to copyright issues. If it is a cut to order piece, we charge a restocking fee of 20%.
