Capture holidays, life events, or fun moments in a small fabric collage in a lively class of story-sharing, fusing, and stitching. A former feature writer, instructor Terri Wolf now tells her own stories on paper and in fabric and will share her process in this day-long class. You will learn design and composition skills for successful collages, fusing tips, embellishing ideas, and ways to frame and present your stitched story. Terri will provide a pre-class handout on preparing materials including how to brainstorm story ideas and find images and photos to use in your collage. In class, she will provide supplies for putting words on fabric. This will be a fun class, and you can hae one or two finished collages complete by the end of the seesion.
