Kawandi Quilting is a traditional Siddi community style of hand quilting that uses up the scrap bin of beautiful fabrics. Leslie has had a wonderful time playing with this technique, and in the class she will share what she has learned along the way. The class samples are examples of Leslie's non-traditional themed Kawandis, but you can just as easily make yours using random pieces of scraps like a more traditional Kawandi if you choose. Join Leslie for a fun day of stitching together. Appropriate for beginners and beyond.
